The majority of us work at such a breakneck pace, constantly juggling so many elements in our personal and professional lives that we forget to take time to just sit back, relax, breathe deeply and not take ourselves too seriously.  With that in mind, we here at Resiada have put together a short guided meditation / visualization / ASMR / whatever floats your boat exercise to help you rest easy – if only just for a little while.  Heck, if you’re listening to this just to carve out eight minutes of ‘me time’ for yourself, that’s great!
