The following policy outlines Resiada’s privacy practices. By visiting Resiada’s Website and/or using Resiada’s Application you are accepting the practices described herein.

What Information Resiada Collects from You

In general, we receive and store any information that you enter into our website and/or application or provide us in any other way. This includes information that can identify you (“personal information”) such as your first and last name, phone number and postal and email addresses.

Resiada also collects information when you interact with its customer support, account management teams in order to verify your identity as a Resiada user and respond to customer enquiries. In some cases this may include requesting your user ID, name, email address and other related information. In the event that you do not wish to give this information for identification purposes, you may elect to send an email to our support team at support@resiada.com for assistance.

Information From Other Sources

Automatic Information

As is the case with most websites, Resiada gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. Such information may include IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, browser types, ISPs (Internet Service Providers), operating systems and/or clickstream data. Resiada does not link this automatically collected date with other information we collect about you. Resiada’s goal in collecting such information is to help in customizing your user experience and inhibiting fraud whilst using our services.

Each time you log into the Application, a session cookie containing a unique encrypted identifier tied to your account is placed in your browser. These cookies allow us to uniquely identify you when your are logged into the application and to process online transactions and requests. The Website and/or Application can only read cookies generated by Resiada and these cookies are required to use the Application. Your login information and any other account related data included in such cookies are encrypted for security purposes.

How Resiada Uses Your Information

We use information about you for the following purposes: to provide you with the products and services you request, to provide you with notifications, confirmations and updates, to manage your account, to communicate with you and to respond to your questions and comments, to notify you about other products or services from Resiada and/or its affiliates that may be of interest to you, to improve our products, to resolve disputes, to troubleshoot problems, to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; to enforce the terms of our End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and other policies.

Streampoint will be the sole owner of the Aggregate Data and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, shall be free to use and disclose the Aggregate Data for any commercial purpose including, but not limited to, publicizing usage of its services, providing information on general industry trends, and providing benchmarking data to Streampoint customers. Streampoint shall maintain appropriate security measures for all Aggregate Data in accordance with the terms and conditions laid out in this policy.

With Whom Resiada Shares Your Information

Suppliers, such as hotel providers and Third Party Vendors

Third party vendors who provide services or functions on our behalf, including operation of our website and applications. We may authorize third-party vendors to collect information on our behalf. Third-party vendors have access to and may only collect information as required to perform their functions and are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose.

Resiada takes the privacy of its users very seriously and does not sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties, except as described in this policy. We may provide your personal information to Third-party vendors that provide services to Resiada to help us with our business activities, such as processing payments and offering customer service. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to Resiada. This policy does not cover our clients’ use of your information outside of our services.

Accessing our Website and Application from Outside the United States

If you are accessing Resiada’s Website and Application from outside of the United States please be advised that your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States where our servers are located. In order to help secure your personal information, access to your data on Resiada is password-protected and sensitive information is protected by SSL encryption when it is exchanged between systems. We also regularly audit our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. Please note that emails, instant messaging and other similar means of communication are not encrypted, and Resiada strongly advises you not to communicate any confidential information through these means.

For those accessing Resiada’s Website and/or using Resiada’s Application who are defined as ‘data subjects’ under the the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); as prescribed within this particular regulation, you have several rights connected with the provision of your personal data whilst using Resiada’s Website and/or Application.

These rights include the ability for you to request that we:

confirm to you what personal data we may hold about you, if any, and for what purposes it is utilized.
change the nature of consent that you have provided us relating to your personal data.
correct any inaccuracies or incomplete personal data which we may hold about you.
provide you with a copy of your personal data for you to move elsewhere.
