In the role of Sales Development, Representative you are a results-oriented self-starter ready to take the first steps towards building a leadership role with resiada.

Responsibilities & Overview

  • Develop key accounts through first point of contact.
  • Lead generation and qualification of business opportunities.
  • Develop an effective sales Pipeline and update daily in the CRM.
  • Attend conferences and professional association industry events to promote resiada product solution and increase market growth.
  • Provide online demonstrations of the solution for resiada sales team.
  • Assist in coordination, and execution of in-market initiatives such as educational lunch & learns and industry tradeshows.
  • Strong communications with corporate office and management to assist in the coordination of in-market initiatives.
  • Provide a monthly report of completed and planned sales events for the Managing Director on in-market activity.

Business Development Representative

As an in-market Business Development Representative you are a result oriented self-starter who thrives on success who brings with them a demonstrated sales track record and a history of quota achievement.

Responsibilities & Overview

  • Develop key accounts with lead generation that deliver sales revenue within the Association and Corporate markets.
  • Lead Generation and business opportunities through research, qualifying and development of potential opportunities.
  • Manage and develop an effective sales Pipeline and update daily in the CRM.
  • Attend conferences and professional association industry tradeshows and promote resiada product solution and brand to increase your markets growth.
  • Coordinate, manage and execute market initiatives such as educational lunch and learns and industry tradeshows.

Housing Coordinator & Client Service Specialist

You are responsible for managing and setting up event housing sites while providing our clients the best in class support experience. In addition you will also be responsible for collaborating with hotels and clients to ensure allocations are in check and the client is attrition free. You will work closely with the housing manager and their respective support teams.

Success in this role

After a short learning period, the successful candidate will be fully versed and be able to provide exceptional support with a deep knowledge of our housing management platform. You’ll be able to set up a reservation booking site using the client’s contracts, along with entering their inventory and setting up their requested room blocks.
In addition you will also be a liaison with the hotel and client to ensure communication and reports are current and all stakeholders are kept up to speed on the current status of their housing.
You will also be responsible for handling inbound support phone calls , responding to email inquiries and making outbound calls as needed. All while working with your team in a meaningful and collaborative manner.

You’ll Make Us Better By

  • Working with the Housing Manager and other departments on the execution of all contracted client services for conferences and tradeshows.
  • Being a knowledgeable and skilled at setting up client sites using approved event contracts, setting up hotel inventory and requested room blocks.
  • Being the main contact for contracted hotels; communicate all housing processes, create hotel logins, inquire about additional inventory
  • Creating all hotel correspondence within the event platform.
  • Overseeing all housing communications sent to attendees, exhibitors and groups
  • Performing full hotel audits and review master billing provided by hotels to ensure accuracy before client provides payment
  • Managing VIP requests, group and block reservations by phone and/or email.
  • Promoting group codes or incentive campaigns to increase pick up while maintaining best user experience.
  • Managing client staff/VIP rooming lists to ensure the most up to date billing information is communicated to the hotels.
  • Focusing on clients end users to ensure they have a positive experience throughout the housing processes.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and manage their expectations with each events unique components, requirements and business logic.
  • Ensuring objectives are achieved within prescribed time frame and satisfy their reporting and data requirements.
  • Keeping the Housing Manager up to date with any end user issues and provide suggestions as to solutions to any challenges that may arise.
  • Participating in regular tests to ensure site(s) functionality is as designed.
  • Preparing and providing reports periodically to clients, exhibitors and hotels.

C#/Net Web Developer

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will flourish and lead in a focused and talented development environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged. In this role, you will work independently with little supervision and amongst peers. You should have the ability to think strategically and respond quickly to multiple priorities and deadlines. As well as excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals. The C# .NET Software Developer position will see you involved in developing various web based, data driven solutions in a large enterprise .NET 4.5+ application as well as supporting the creation and maintenance of other applications. You will be working alongside an industry experienced team in using cutting edge technologies to create and maintain product features.

Responsibilities & Overview

  • Work in conjunction with stakeholders, research and development team members, and to support our technology business decisions by assisting in product development and research concepts and initiatives.
  • Take ownership of deliverables and provide leadership as a senior member of the team, resolving impediments and executing technical direction throughout.
  • Identify/analyze system issues, estimate time, recommend enhancements and commit to a development plan.
